How Our Process Works
Given the substantial storage requirements of raw video footage, our exchange options are primarily limited to shipping physical drives or uploading to cloud storage. Many of our partners (we view all our clients as partners for long-term collaboration) opt to send drives containing 20-30 projects at once. This is usually the case for studios shooting 15+ weddings per month. Alternatively, some smaller studios prefer to upload their raw footage to their cloud storage such as Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with us.

For photography edits, we offer a complimentary private portal account where you can upload and manage all your projects. Simply export your raw photos as Smart Previews, and the upload process should take no more than an hour.
This process enables us to provide you with an accurate rate and also consider any volume discounts you may be eligible for. After we agree on the rate and finalize all the details, you will receive an email with login credentials for our client portal. The client portal serves as our file-sharing and project scheduling hub, allowing you to post instructions, comment on revisions, and download completed files. Once you approve the edits, we will issue an invoice for the amount due.
